Terms and Conditions of Service
These general conditions govern the rental of lockers from Locker Experience, VAT ID B75335810, at its premises located at Calle Esteban Ciriaco N-6, Seville, Spain.
They also govern the contractual relationship between Locker Experience and the User who rents the locker service.
1. Our Lockers
Locker Experience offers its Users the possibility to rent any of its lockers by business days or hours, understanding "business day" as starting at 00:00 each day.
We have a total of 48 lockers in different sizes and prices (VAT included):
● Medium lockers: 474x462x580 mm – €8.9/day
● Large lockers: 474x558x580 mm – €13.9/day
● Extra-large lockers: 474x846x580 mm – €18.9/day
During the rental period, users can access their belongings 24 hours a day, from 00:00 to 00:00 the following day, every day of the year (except for occasional closures).
2. Price
The prices applicable to each type of locker are those shown on the website at the time of booking. All prices on the website include VAT. Locker Experience reserves the right to change prices at any time based on market conditions.
3. Operation
Locker Experience uses an online booking system via the website lockerexperience.com, where the entire booking and use process is handled easily.
To rent a locker, the following is required:
● Be at least 16 years old.
● Accept these general terms and conditions.
● Accept Locker Experience’s privacy policy.
Payment is made securely via credit or debit card.
4. Modification, Cancellation, and Refunds
Bookings made through the website may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the reserved time. A 100% refund will be provided.

5. Incident Management
In case of malfunction, lockout, or any other issue with the locker, the User may contact Locker Experience’s support service by calling or sending a WhatsApp to +34 614 502 924, or by email to info@lockerexperience.com
6. User Obligations
Use the lockers only as temporary storage for personal belongings.
Use the lockers correctly, avoid causing damage, and ensure that the locker is securely closed upon leaving the premises.
Users agree to use the lockers legally, and not to store items that are illegal to possess or traffic (e.g., stolen items, drugs).
Do not store flammable, hazardous, or polluting materials, or any live animals.
If storing any item that requires a permit or license, the user must have it.
Do not store unpackaged food or drinks. Do not leave money, jewelry, electronics (tablets, computers, TVs, etc.), or items of high value in the lockers. Storing such items is the sole responsibility of the user.
Retrieve all items from the locker before the rental period ends (i.e., within the reserved 24-hour period). If not, the user will be charged for the corresponding time slot in order to reopen the locker. The minimum rental period is 24 hours. Access to the premises is available from 00:00 to 00:00 the next day.
Leave the locker in the same condition as found. Notify Locker Experience of any issues with the lockers or their condition by emailing info@lockerexperience.com
